During last weekends, we held 2-day meetings for summarizing our performance in the passed half year, the aim is to see what we should improve for the better result of the coming half year.
On 7th, To begin with, everyone just gave a presentation of their performance of Jan- June, which is better for leaders to see the overall. Next, we have a long discussion on how to solve the current problems and improve, some colleagues got the final prize.
On 8th, our managing team had a full day meeting to discuss something about our company future strategy and schemes.
Anyway, with spirit of improving all the time, we truly believe that we will get a promising future.
